*Piercing prices do NOT include jewelry. Cost of jewelry depends on what you choose.*
-A photo ID is required for ALL piercing services.
-If under the legal age of 18, a parent/legal guardian MUST be present when minors receive a piercing. The parents photo ID, minors photo ID and minors birth certificate are required.
-If a legal guardian is to be present, they MUST bring documentation indicating proof of legal guardianship in addition to the above mentioned items
-No one under the age of 18 years old will receive any nipple, genital, surface piercings or microdermal anchors.
-No one under the age of 16 years old will receive a piercing, EXCEPT:
1. Nostril, septum and single helix at 14 years of age and up.
2. Earlobes at 7 years of age and up. Please click HERE for important info regarding ear piercings for minors.
-Do not bring children under 12 years old unless they have their own ear piercing appointment
-DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may reschedule your appointment to a different date and time, and/or change the piercing option. Please note: we need at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling, this can also be done through the confirmation email you will receive when you book online.
-SET UP FEE: Here at South Main Tattoo & Piercing we will NEVER coerce anyone to get a service they are not ready for. However, last minute change of hearts after the piercer has set up is subject to a set-up fee.
-Body jewelry is NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the items. If an item has a manufacturing defect it will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. If jewelry is lost it cannot be replaced.
-We will ONLY pierce with new jewelry purchased at our studio at the time of service, to guarantee its quality and sterility. This is important for the healing and longevity of the piercing. We will not take that risk with used jewelry, even if purchased from us in the past.

•You can bring one guest or one parent accompanying a minor. No groups please!
•No Children under 12 unless the appointment is for them
•If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment
•Piercings should not be submerged in any bodies of water for at least 6 weeks to help avoid infection. If you must reschedule, let us know asap.
